There are some really interesting programes about business in general and from time to time about business in Africa specifically on The Business Channel. There is a program about microlending coming up on Friday. There is also a series on the Ethiopian Coffee industry. It is on Channel 547 on Sky. Well worth checking out!

Hi,

I am here to tell people about appee, a new free online software enabling people to run and manage a free online shop.
New Online Site for Linux and Open Source
My company Interactive Ideas, has just done a major upgrade to the
Linuxvar site that it sponsors. It has moved from being a .co.uk to Linuxvar.net.
Prior to the upgrade it was already receiving about 30,000 unique
visitors a month but now it has been given an international flavour and
lots of new features, this should grow enormously.
IT Asset Disposal
I am looking at the market for IT recycling in the UK, particularly in view of the forthcoming Waste Recycling directive (WEEE). Does anyone here have experience in asset disposals and recycling and does not mind sharing some insights here?
W.
